I believe it is located under the front seat. To access it, locate the trim panel at the base of the seat. Remove it carefully and you'll see the front seat attachment bolts. I called the dealer where I bought it and this is what the adviser told me: Dealer #1 Pulling fuses will activate the Immobilizer. The ECU and the keys need to be reprogrammed. Maybe covered by warranty if they make up a story.
